O Terço is good playing alive! After thirty years they are back with Flávio Venturini and Sérgio Magrão (from 14 Bis) in their line-up. It's a great return, so many fans were waiting for this moment. The album begins with a big opening: the boys come while Criaturas da Noite (Creatures of the Night) is played by an orchestra. The first song is a classic: the instrumental fourteen minutes 1974 and so other old songs appear. In fact, all songs (except P.S. Apareça from Compositores — but still a good song by Venturini) are from seventy years. I love the versions to Tributo ao Sorriso (Tribute to Smile), Casa Encantada (Enchanted House) and Cabala. Tributo ao Sorriso has Venturini on vocals (the original is sung by Hinds). Before the song Pássaro (Bird) — sung like the brazilian inlanders — they make a emotive homage to Luiz Moreno (the Terço-old drummer, who died before this recording) and his widow is invited to join the vocals. K is a drum and keyboard solo — a homage to Keith Emerson. Marcus Viana from "Sagrado Coração da Terra" plays violin on Criaturas da Noite and Suite and the last beautiful song is a bonus recorded in studio: Antes do Sol Chegar (Before the sun rises) — a remembering to the old times, but more pop directed. I avaliated Live at Palace the best album by Terço, because it is a live album with the best songs of Time Travellers besides the classics. Now I'm confused, this is another wonderful live album with classics from seventies. The main difference between them is: Live at Palace is sung in english and has Luiz de Boni (from De Boni band) on keyboards; this one has Flávio Venturini and is all sung in portuguese. Anyway, both albums are five stars to me.
